We had the official opening of the Burnham Park Trim Trail!
If you have been following our Facebook page or are a regular walker around Burnham Park, you will have seen the progress of this great new project taking place.
We have worked together on this project with Burnham Parish Council, funded by us, to install the 11 piece trail and a new memorial bench in honour of Dr Bev Daily, who helped shape our organisation and worked hard for the village of Burnham (he was also our Trustee Dr Simon Daily's father).
The equipment is suitable for all ages and has very simple, how to use instructions on each piece.
We were joined at the opening by our Trustees & Burnham Parish Council staff and Councillors for a couple of informal speeches and a ribbon cutting.
Thank you to everyone who worked on this project and to everybody who has given us lovely feedback and enjoyed the equipment so far. It makes us happy to see so many of you using it when we walk round the park.
