In September, staff from BHPT were invited to the official opening of New Fire Pits for the 1st Lent Rise & Dorney Beaver Scouts. BHPT were delighted to provide a grant for the purchase of these pits and also cover the cost of the groundworks required to ensure the safety of the site in Institute Road. At the opening, Beavers, Cubs & Scouts cooked bread sticks, filled pitta pockets and Smores. A plaque describing the event is located within the scout hut on the site.
